John Bell and John Flynn started Bell & Flynn in the spring of 1955, specializing in driveway paving and sealcoating. The scope of services offered gradually expanded to include site work and utility installation and included parking lots, roadways, and airport runways.

In 1963 Bell & Flynn developed the Hammermill Method of Asphalt pavement reclamation and has since continued to introduce advances in pavement recycling technology to both public and private clients throughout New York and the six New England states.

In the early 1970’s Bell & Flynn controlled the planning, design and development of several residential communities in the greater Exeter New Hampshire area and remains active in the construction and maintenance of municipal/commercial infrastructure throughout southeastern New Hampshire.
